• A tubular ceramic
resistor is wound with Nichrome or stainless steel resistive
alloy wire on ceramic core and then coated with high temperature
non-flammable silicon or vitreous enamel coating.
• Used for very low current industrial applications
from 50 to 250 Watts continuous.
• Used for high resistance values or where an adjustable
slider band is required.
• Industry standard size allows for easy drop-in replacement
of other brands including Huntington, Milwaukee, and Ohmite.
• These resistors are suitable for educational modeling
applications, load testing, industrial machinery, electric
power distribution, instruments and automation elevator
control installations.
